Can I order the colors on other bases?

Yes - please contact me for more information on what bases I have. If you are going to buy yarn for a larger project, send a message so you are sure to get from the same dye bath. I still recommend that you alternately vary the skeins.

How do I wash the wool?

On each label there is a washing advice that describes the best way to wash wool dyed by me. Keep in mind that hand-dyed yarns may shed a little during the first washes. A tip is to always wash in lukewarm water, to always use a special wool detergent. I recommend Eucalan.

Common detergents contain enzymes that damage the wool and can destroy the color. Wool does not need to be washed very often, you will go a long way with airing. For example, you want to be able to wash socks more often, and my sock bases can be washed in a washing machine on the wool programme.

How much does shipping cost?

I charge SEK 49 as a fixed fee for packages up to 2kg if you have the opportunity to receive the package in your mailbox. Please note that after November 1, 2021, Postnord will hang the package on your mailbox or put it on the floor (if you live in an apartment, for example) if the package does not fit in your mailbox/letter box. I take no responsibility for packages that are lost after Postnord has delivered. If you do not have the possibility of delivery to a mailbox, choose an alternative agent which, due to Postnord's price increases, now costs SEK 99

I use Postnord consignment notes up to 2 kg. For larger packages, another shipping provider may apply. Sometimes I use a supplier other than Postnord for packages under 2 kg if the package does not stay within the dimensions that Postnord approves. What may be relevant is, among other things, DHL or Schenker.

How do I pay?

In order for you as a customer to have many choices, I have connected as many payment options as possible. You can pay by card or use one of Klarna's installment options. You can also pay with Google or Apple Pay. If you'd rather swish, you can write to me and I'll help you place a manual order.

Secret month yarn, how does it work?

Secret monthly yarn is a yarn subscription. You pay for your skein and shipping around the 5th and the yarn ships at the end of the month. Price varies depending on which base I chose for the month. The order is paid with Swish.
