Collection: Undyed yarns & acid dyes

Yarn to dye yourself.

Do you want to try coloring yourself?

The yarns are not washed.

I recommend you start by washing the yarn in wool detergent before dyeing. Washing is especially important when you dye on an untreated base. It is then often spinning oil left that can affect the final result. Wash thoroughly and rinse at least 4 times if you use a rinse-off wool shampoo. I recommend Eucalan which does not need to be rinsed out. It contains a lot of good for your wool.

I usually use acid dyes, but the yarns are also suitable for other kinds of dyes suitable for animal fibers.
